Oyster Card Under 18s?
I know how to apply but will I get free bus travel on all buses in england, or just in london as it doesnt specify on the site, I live in hertfordshire which is not even one hour away from london by train?

You will only get free bus travel (if that is what an Oyster Card entitles an 18 year old to) within the Transport for London area. You certainly will not get free travel across England.
