I am in my 3rd week of p90x, my schedule is as follows:
day 1 - chest + back
day 2 - abs
day 3 - rest
day 4 - chest + shoulder + abs
day 5 - biceps + back
day 6 - abs
day 7 - legs + back
Any changes needed to it? I am trying to GAIN weight, not lose. My cardio is good, i do not need to work on it. I only care about gaining muscle mass/definition.
The thing is, do i have to use the rest week? Can i just continue with this schedule for the full 90 days? Should i change it? Input please and thank you :)
Update:the triceps come into play during the chest + shoulders workout.

i dont see wher your triceps come in to play on this, I wouldnt follow this work out routine. But if its p90x just stick to the plan, everyone i know who did p90x were all extreamly satisfied with there resluts
