Pain in chest/back, swollen...?
I have a terrible pain on the right side of my back, and its almost wrapping around the right side of my body. I have a swollen lymphnode under my chin, a bad cough and I think a cold. I'm not sure if the pain in my back and chest are from smoking or something else. My snot is sort of yellow.

Yellow snot is a sign of infection. You should see a doctor, especially with that pain. You don't want to find out too late it is pneumonia or something!
