I'm 22 years old, and I've had a dull, throbbing pain in my upper abdomen for a few months now. Some days it is barely noticeable, and some days it is so uncomfortable that I cry. It's not that it hurts, but it almost feels like my ribs are squishing my organs or something. I have to lay or sit in certain positions to make it less severe, but it never completely goes away. I don't have health insurance, otherwise I would have been to the doctor ages ago. It's just been going on for so long now that I am beginning to get a little worried.

The pain is in the upper, right side of my abdomen.
