on monday I went to play Football (soccer) but I think my knee hurts because I kicked the ball to hard without stretching or just didn't stretch it at all, the pain is nothing but like a pin poking me but it feels so weird I cant stretch my leg all the way back if you know what I mean, if I lay on my bed and I push in on my knee it hurts. I can run and play football (soccer) of course because I just went out and played it feels weird but its fine, what do you think the problem is? did I pull my knee or something? its just the weirdness is bothering me thats all, thanks
