pain under my knee!!!!!!!!!!?
im on vacation at the beach and i rented a bike. I rode it a lot and all the sudden i have been having pain like 2 or 3 inches under my knee cap. i don't know what it is but it hurts when i run or exercise or ride a bike ( and stuff like that) please help me figure out what it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its either,
1. Your have been stretching or using your legs to much.
2. It's growing pain, if it just suddenly comes on like that!, depending how old you are anyway
BUT, it's most likely the fact youve been cycling for to long, it used to happen to me whenever i rode on the bike for more that 10minutes
