Panic attack when hungover?
Is anxiety worse for most people when hungover? Drank way too much wine yesterday and pretty sure I just had panic attack in line at grocery store. I started sweating like crazy and I could hardly write a check I was so shaky. I almost just left mid way thru writing check it was so embarrassing. I've maybe had too other panic attacks in my life. Does alcohol hangover make worse?

I often panic in the morning after a night of two glasses of wine because I start imagining that, while I remember getting into bed and laying down to sleep; I don't remember falling asleep: So I assume I blacked out and said something embarassing or harmful
it does not matter that I don't ever remember "falling asleep" when sober, I still freak out
so I don't drink much past 8 pm
(obviously, more general anxiety than actual panic...)
1. Stop drinking cold turkey. 2. Drink less. I say you just drink less and enjoy looking at all the drunks around you. Maybe go hit on some girls/guys instead of doing keg stands. As for right now.. just take in some fresh air, relax and im sure youll be alright.
That happens to me too when I drink. I personally am giving alcohol up because I cant take that anxiety after anymore. In my opinion not even worth it!
