I have done this. The only thing is the bread- you get a very sloppy gloopy mess of bread in milk, and the other flavours are there but you just sense the thick watery bread instead- which is like a white towel- very thick lumpy bready milk, or bread so soaked that its' like eating oatmeal but very milky.
Its better with multigrain bread and not much milk, and a lot more peanut butter than usual- then it is kind of good. And if you frezze it and add sugar- you almost have peanut butter jelly sandhwich ice cream.
If you add Icecream at the beginning of the blending, AND some sugar, see if you like the smoothie then if not, you can simply freeze it- this is a very nice ice cream.
( If you are going to freeze it because you don;'t like the smoothie- add some egg yolks and thick cream to the blended PBJ sanwich.
Well I reckon it sound gross, but hey! You never know until you try. (: Just make sure you can throw it away, cause if it doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to, then you can't drink/eat? it.
Once I mixed a carbonated beverage, honey and lemon, and it tasted pretty good, though other people thought it sounded gross. ;D

Lol not literally, but I'm very sure you will be put off it for a good while.
However, a peanut butter milkshake doesn't seem too horrible. Just make sure you don't include the bread. Please!
