phone exchange in verizon network
ok so my parents got me a phone n i want a new one, but it is all scrached up on the back and a little on the front its only been a week so i still have the rest of the 30 day period. . . so will they except it if i buy a new phone?
Update:ok so this 1 was free n the other 1's 99.99 id have 2 pay 4 it.

You might want to try to remove the scratches yourself. If you do that and they come out, then you can return the phone for another new phone.
No you can take it to them and they will change it for the phone you want
