I started working on Volodos Turkish March and I was wondering if I could finish learning it in about 3 months.
If I practice 5-6 hours a day on it does learning it in 3 months sound reasonable? or do I have to practice it for 8 hours a day?

Rubbish people can learn a Grade 8 piece for their exam and pass, maybe even get merit, if they learn bar by bar and practice each until it's perfect. It doesn't mean they're Grade 8 standard.
If you want to learn the piece, 5-6 hours a day sounds fine, but it sort of depends on your standard to start with - You'll need to be at least Grade 5/6 to even think of attempting it. If you are a lower grade, remember that being able to play this one piece amazingly doesn't make you an amazing performer overall.
i practive a lot but that is actually rather ridiculous, if your a professional or wishing to be a child prodgedy then yes 8 hours, if the piece is to hard then its best to spend the time learning how to play that well, after 3 months maybe you will be able to learn it in less time and be a better pianist rather than struggling on one piece.
