So I recently started talking to this guy in my school. He's a senior, I'm a sophomore. He keeps asking me to meet him places like in between classes at the cafeteria, but the last couple of days that I go to see him, he pretends not to see me and walks in another direction or heads off with his friends. But then I pass him in the hallway and he looks and smiles at me. Today, I was walking through the cafeteria to get to my bus and he was standing there talking with a friend and he kept looking at me.

I'm super confused. I haven't the slightest idea what's going on. What do you think is happening?

I don't think it's because he's afraid to be seen with a sohphomore, because he was talking to a freshmen in the caf when I walked past...
