ok sooo im already a big girl.. I like to do weights and I was wondering if there is anything that exsists under the description of.. Loosing weight.. helping define muscle.. shake things like you get from argos that you mix up.. I obvisley know about the ones that make you put weight on but I need one where you replace them as meals and where it helps you loose weight whilst doing weight training and cardio but without the weight gaining please.

You would be wise to get the supplements out of your head. Your body needs food, not processed junk. Here's why you should stay away from supplements.
