What do each of these do in a powder or pill form?

Which is better, powder or pills?

Which is better for quicker muscle, ligament, and tendon injury recoveries?

Which makes you stronger?

How does it make you stronger?

Do you have to work out a lot or a little?

Which requires you to drink more water?

Which will increase my running speed more?

Will either increase or decrease my tennis ability?

Will either increase or decrease flexibility?

Which will increase my stamina more?

What are the negative and positive consequences of each?

Should they be taken together?

Will my punches/kicks increase or decrease in speed?

Will my reaction time be affected by either?

I get injured a lot so which do you think I should use?

I know these are a lot of questions but I'd greatly appreciate it if you took the time to answer each and every one of them.
