Well in California the air's horrid from all those fires. And I've heard allergies can cause puffiness under the eyes. Can this happen with the bad air around me?
I'm having some puffiness under my eyes which has really been annoying me. I'm a 15 year old swimmer who has several hours of constant exposure to the sun (with sunblock of course). And I'm on summer break so I'm definitely getting enough sleep...well anyways...any affective way to reduce swelling within a week? I reeeaaally hate this.

One of the main causes of eye puffyness is allergens. There is a really great and super cheap way to fix this. Go to walmart or a drugstore and go to where all the lotions and makeup and body washes are. Get a gel mask. I think mine was like a dollar or two. Pop it in the fridge and let it get good and cool. Wear it until it is no longer cold. This helps so much! I like to do it when I go to bed because her in Kentucky its so hot and humid that it feels so good and kinda cools your body.
