Plain Oatmeal= 100 calories Egg= 60 calories Half a cup of Silk Vanilla soy milk= 50 calories
I follow a 300-400 calorie meal plan.
Each one of my meals follows this and I created a website with all my recipes.
For example:
breakfast - for a quick healthy breakfast I eat egg beaters with spinach and mushrooms, english muffin, chic milk 318 calories
lunch - spinach salad and bacon 356 calories
dinner - soba noodles, vegetables and chicken 396 calories
