recently i have been getting an aching stomach. its started really happening after i went out and had a curry and 2 pints of beer. i think the ache is random. it seems to be that sometimes when i push my lower right abdomen in is where it hurts most and then it makes my stomach hurt for a few secs all over then goes. its generally worse with sudden movements. also the other day i did an ab workout which pushed my abs harder than my usual workout and ive started seeing my stomach get a lot m,ore muscley. could these cramp things be a consequence of this workout? if not what is it? its not worse when i eat certain things
