Parker has been splitting carries with Moore (bad), and is still effected by his injury.
Gore has been great this year. Even though he plays for SF, who is really bad, and could go completely to the pass at any time, Gore is also involved in the passing game, and has 325 yards receiving
Barber plays for the best balanced offensive team in the league, has played one game in the last two weeks (because of a bye), and his main competition for carries was just put on IR.
Frank Gore, because more than likely the 49ers have to use him. He's their best offensive player, and they can't afford not to use him. The other teams are good teams and they can go without using their backs, though the are important to they're offense.

No-brainer. Barber and Gore.
Barber vs. San Fran is such a sweet sweet matchup for an owner. You cant ignore that, even with Romo back, Barbers gonna be utilized all day.
Wllie Parker will be running alot against Cincy tonight, so ya gotta go with Fast Willie!
Gore is a great option too, but the upside goes to Barber and Willie.
Good luck.

I would go with Gore and Parker.
Both powerful backs, should get you alot of points seeing that they are playing weak Ds.
