rear-end collision in Michigan?
In Michigan, If someone rear-ended another car. How much would the ticket be and how much points would it be on the license?
Does the police give the front car driver , the rear car's driver information, without even asking for permision???

The police don't need your permission to give your insurance information to the driver of the car you rear-ended. You are required by law to provide that information.
