I recently got my braces off and I was given a Hawley retainer for the top and bottom. The top is fine, a little annoying, but that's normal. But the bottom one is giving me sores from pinching the bottom of my tonge and then rubbing on top of it when I talk. The bottom one also feels a little loose but not much. It's been bothering me so much id rather have braces again or even crooked teeth! My mouth is So small I had to have 4 adult teeth removed to allow them to straighten. Could that mean my problem is caused by literly lack of room? Please help!
