I live in saginaw and it is crazy here. 3 teenagers got killed in the past 2 days in seperate incidents. Some cops shot a hobo the other day. This man said that they are going to have security walking up and down the streets. Can they do that? Flint (about 15 min. away) had worse crime rates, and detroit isnt good either. What is that law called when they have security on the streets at all times, and can they bring that law here?
