I just got this phone... incase you don't know it by name its the one that double flips with a keyboard.

Well withen an hour of getting it the screen was blank and nothing would work. I tried holding down end to turn it off and nothing happened and tried taking the batteries out and we couldn't get them out. And we tried charging it and it wouldnt charge! I don't know whats going on any idea and any idea how to fix it????

i did i have a new phone. its becuz i had too many pictures
