try using the usb cable that came with it and connecting it to your computer. if that does not start to charge it, then there is a problem with the phone. if it does, then there is a problem with the charger. if it is the latter, then go buy a new one for around 15 dollars or just use your usb cable and computer to charger. if it is the phone, then try to clean the charger port. if that doesn't work then give your warranty a good look over and see if it covers it. if not then maybe there is a nearby electronics store that can fix it for you. for a fee of course.
