Ok I'm creating a hotmail account for a school club that I recently started. Yeah yeah I know hotmail isn't the most professional but it will be fine.
I want to include a disclaimer at the bottom, mostly for privacy/confidentially.... my main concern is keeping people's email address/names in relation to the school private.
So would this be an OK disclaimer?
Notice: This e-mail and its contents are only intended for the students and staff of ______ high school. It may contain privileged and confidential information. If you are not the intended recipient, you should not copy, distribute, or take any action in reliance on it. If you believe you received this transmission in error, please notify the sender.
Do I need to add anything? I dont need it to be super serious but feel I should include something. Thanks!
