if it's in the paint, nada. it will need to be professionally "touched-up". airbrushing is the technique, and auto-paint companies can hook you up.
if it's just into the clearcoat,rubbing compund if you can feel it, as you rub your fingers over it.(rubbing compound NEEDS to be followed-up with polish, to remove the "rub marks")
if you do not feel it, go with just a polish. it may not come out on the first application, as waxes and polishes should be applied monthly, but two or three months down the road, you will never know it happened.
recently even my friends car got a scratch on his civic he had taken mums nail polish and painted it and now it is not noticible also.a suggestion try to find same colour nail polish and paint it ok.

if its not too deep,try some rubbing compound.sometimes that will bring it out if its not very deep.
