On the dietry plan it recommends to take a 24 oz protein shake a day for weight gain. Jve.been taking 12 oz shakes everyday and it feels me up tp like max. I cant imagine even taking more than 12 but is that ok? Do i have to take a 24 oz or i wont get results?

you can try it....
usually weight gainers make u store some extra fat. because of the sugar an carbs
so your better off to use regular whey protein
