SEVERE PAIN IN MY CHEST?
When i wallow anything such as food and drinks ive been getting this intense pain in the middle of my chest. I have also been burping alot which is painful and been having acid reflux. It seems to be worse in the morning and subsides as the day goes by but the pain is intense. My mother told me it might be a hiatal hernia, which i find funny my father also had this problem.

You might ask her to get you some Prilosec OTC so you can try it.
If the symptoms get much better in a few days, you will know for sure.
(Make sure IT IS the brand name "Prilosec OTC". It works best.
I legit had that yesterday and 3 days before that, for me advil did not work but tums did help. I woke up today with out the pain but with a cold. I had it all down my back too. Just try to find food that's easier to eat, for me that was yogurt. It will go away eventually you just have to deal with it for a few days.
Eat healthy food is 3 food day. Add water. Drink water on everyday.
