Freaking out can intensify pain so try to take some deep breaths and calm down.... If you are having your period it is probably bad cramps. Menstrual cramps (like labor pains) go from the front and wrap around to your lower back... Take 2 Tylenol (every 3-1/2 hours) OR

2 Ibuprofen (every 5 hours...Advil or Motrin are name brands) and lay down with a heating pad on your stomach. If you don't have a heating pad, take a towel and put it in the dryer for about 3 minutes on high to get it really warm and place it directly on your bare stomach. Keeping heat on your abdomen will help to keep the muscles loose and ease your cramps. I hope this helps... :0)

It could be period pain or could just be wind.If it started at the belly button and moved down then it may be appendicitis if in doubt you should call an adult or an ambulance.
