I manage an 8 unit apartment and the sewage water comes out whenever it wants to come out. Could come out every 6 months, every year, or whatever. The thing is when the sewer water does come out, it goes through the fence and into the neighbors parking lot. The neighbor is not happy and does not want this to happen again. The problem/thing is i do not know when the sewer water will come out, and cannot stop the sewer from coming out. Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this?. Where is the sewage coming out of? If it's coming out of a septic tank, you can install a high level alarm device that can be set at a predetermined level, if the level gets to high an alarm can warn you to call a sewage waste service. If you have a septic system without a tank, just an overflow leeching system, you might have to add another cesspool.I hope this helps, Vinny
