Sex with a transgender?
If you get pregnant from a transgendered male would that have an effect on the baby? Or would the baby just be normal?
Update:Sorry if I mixed up the terminology, I meant having sex with the girl body and them having a penis.

The hormones would tend to make a mtf transsexual sterile, so no pregnancy.
Transgendered males are truly females, therefore they don't produce sperm and can't get a woman pregnant.. So there would be no effect on a baby because it wouldn't be their child.
A transgendered male can't produce sperm therefore he can't get you pregnant at all.
