I was standing in my living room tonight when I got a sudden instance of a sharp pain in my lower right jaw. This was then followed by a dull achy almost numb feeling that has lasted for about 40 minutes and is still going. It has spread to cover some of the right side of my face and neck and partial numbness in the left side of my neck. What can this be? I've also noticed a slight ear pain and a popping sound whenever I clean out my right ear. Could they be related? Thanks in advance
