sharp pain in lower stomach/abdomen/?
this is really hard to describe. i can hear constent noises like way to much liquid floating around or something. theres kind of a dull uncomfortable feeling in general, and then every so often (ranging from every 20 minutes to every hour) a sharp stabbing pain. this usually causes me to go to the bathroom. im bleeding out but idk if thats because my period is deciding to be off track or something else. but im bleeding a rather large amount. can only pee a little bit everytime, sometimes when i do the pain gets stronger, but not always.
i really have no idea what it is or what to do.
i might have a gallbladder infection or a stomach ulcer but idk if that has anything to do with this.

Sounds to me like a bladder infection but I would go see a doctor. That doesn't sound too good, or too pleasant, to me.

hmm. i would definitely go see an OBGYN because something could be wrong with your ovaries. they could have a cyst on them, or one could be twisted (like my left one was). if you two have had unprotected sex (not saying you have), his sperm could have... um. gotten into an egg that was in your fallopian tubes and the fetus could be growing in your tubes. that's REALLY bad, because it could cause all sorts of stuff to burst, and giving birth would be extremely painful and involve a C section. whatever *is* the problem, go get it checked out. the doctors can find it, get it fixed, and hook you up with some pain meds.
You poor thing! Go to your Doctor as soon as possible it could just be a water infection but it's better to go and make sure and then you can get appropriate treatment. Good Luck Please go as soon as possible let us know how you get on x
sounds like really bad period pains to me, try taking pain killers and see if that helps, other than that evening primrose oil capsules can help if taken regularly
