I was a werewolf on my Other character butt i just created one with a vampire and it seems that the disadvantages of being a vampire out weigh the advantages. like if you don't feed you slowly become leveled up and on level 4 everyone attacks you
so were are any places where people wont Attack me (i already know the dark brotherhood)

Agility will increase OVER 9000!!!! naw, but it will be swift and your jump ability far surpass than your normal ones. And da hand to hand combat, instead of fist it's your claws, it will damage them twice the power. Also, it's different from Oblivion, if your thinking that feeding in humans will make you keep normal vampire. Your wrong, if you feed on vampires, you will turn humans into vampires too. And they will suffer the same faith as you. Here's an easter egg. You know that Pip-boy guy in Fallout, you will see him throughout the game, he will be a cameo painting.
There really isn't much in the way of advantages that aren't equally negated by negatives of the condition. So, it mostly seems a role playing issue. Some people like playing the villified stranger or the sadistic vampire, so it can hopefully help the game retain some replayability after completing the main quests. The werewolf abilities and limitations function much the same way, with no looting and unable to shift back at need, supplemented with great melee ability and the ability to roar.
As for ways to avoid being attacked, I never had such slow times that I couldn't feed once or more a day, if you're finding it hard to keep yourself on the low end of the scale, I'd recommend learning enough of sneaking that you could drain blood from sleepers without hassle.

skyrim vampire advantages?

I only role a vampire (vampire lord kind) because of the immunity to disease and poison, supe increased sneak and illusion power (not that i use illusion). Also, the vampire lord has umlimited use and no cooldown and levitates so its great for travel, to say nothing of its strength in melee and magic. Feeding isnt a problem if u have dawnstar DLC, u can just go back and feed on thralls as much as u want theyll always be there. there are also blood potions. Oh and ur immortal for roleplay sake. Being a vampire IS worth it. Lack of patience to feed is what drives most people away but its not a big issue.
I did it because i just wanted the experience of being one so if someone asks about skyrim i can say oh yeah ive been a vampire. And sucking blood, the usual stuff. Just save before or else youll be shunned by towns at stage 3. Plus theres a cool quest for curing it but theres other ways
There are not that many advantages or perks to being a vampire. If anything it just adds a level of challenge to the whole game. For the most part everyone will attack you. There are not many groups that are good with vampires. I found a pretty good Skyrim guide that might help.
Being a vampire sucks cock
i love it
