The only way I know of to cover scars and things of that nature are by using actor's or pancake make-up but you need to match it up carefully or people will notice the area more not less, depending on where it is. If you can afford it go to a larger, well known store where they can show you how to match your color and then how to place it so you get the maximum covering effect, but be careful here. These girls usually will try to sell you more then you need. Either take a logical friend or whenever you get that this isn't needed feeling you're probably right.
