I don't think it's to serious if you drink a lot of water but if it concerns you try going to your family doctor for this and maybe they will give you a blood test to make sure you don't have an infection if your still worried about it..I am sure everything is okay but i am not a doctor...Good luck to you.

It sounds ;like it's either an infection (bacterial vaginosis for example) or leaking urine. This sounds weird, but if you insert your finger into your vagina to get some discharge on it, then immediately mix with standard soap (like a normal, scented soap bar), you can tell whether it lets off a smell. If it releases a smell it might be bv. This is similar to the "whiff test" they do at the lab to check for bv. It sounds like you should definitely see your doctor though. If you're leaking urine without realising, you should have that investigated.

Also, you can still be carrying an STD regardless of the last time you had sex. Symptoms can lie dormant for months, if not years, like my friend who suddenly had a herpes outbreak but she hadn't had sex for years.

Maybe it's time for new panties. I know you clean your body but do you put on fresh panties daily? Or what about your pants that you wear? I know sometimes we don't wash our jeans frequent enough or whatever. Maybe they need to be washed.

There will always be a slight smell in your underwear, but if it's really strong, I would see your doctor. There could be an infection.

Sounds like sweat build up is causing the odor. Do you wear thongs because they are very bad for causing sweat build up which can cause infections. Also do you wear skinny jeans. Skinny jeans tend to cause sweat build up also which can lead to yeast infections etc.

Its a bacterial infection.. I say u should go see a doctor.
