Just had my baby 2weeks ago. I have a nasty smell down there . I frist noticed this about 2days ago I stoped bleeding and fealt very wet I looked and it was clear fulid then about 1min after I stared to bleed a redish brown but then stoped. I only bleed for about a sec then it stops but the smell down there is nasty ita likr a fish smell and I shower everyday. Also one of my hips started to hurt really bad and one side of my back, both on the right. Not sure if there connected. Can someone please help me?!
