I posted this already but someone said if she had eye discharge too then I should worry. She has rusty red colored discharge but other cat owners have told me this is normal color eye discharge for cats because their clear tears oxidize when they dry up and turn red...

My kitten is 10 weeks old. In the past week I heard her sneeze two time (not on the same day) I remember exactly 2 sneezes cause I worry about her so much. Anyways just about 10 minutes ago she sneezed 5 times all in a row! D: Could this just be a little nothing to worry about sneezing fit if it doesn't happen again today or tomorrow? I am taking her to a vaccine clinic on Sept. 8th to get her shots and dewormed, etc but they aren't really a veterinary hospital... I really can't afford to take her to the vet but I will if I must. Should I give it two or three days to see if she keeps sneezing?

Maybe she is allergic to something. But since she cant stop sneezing, I suggest you go to a vet. I had a kotten 3 years ago, and I really love them so much. She kept sneezing and had eye discharge but cant remember what colour it is..So, we take her to a vet. The veterinarian isn't a profesional, we knew that but we went there because it doesn't cost so much as the other vets. He said it was normal and nothing to worry about. I believed him. So yeah, we took her home..that's that. But then a few days later, things got worse, I took her to a really costly vet, the doctor said its too late for her. So she died after three days. So please, if you love your kitten, bring her to a vet. Money second, kitten's health first. Don't lose her. Bring her to an expert vet. But if its normal than good for you. :) I wish you best luck.
If she is eating fine then there is nothing wrong. Most time with runny eyes and sneezing running noses means they have a upper repertory infection which they would need antibiotics for. You can even use human antibiotics but you would have to call a vet to see how much would be safe.. But some cats do sneeze for no reason, she could have hair itching her nose. How you will know if she has an upper respiratory infection is if she won't eat. cats won't eat if they can't smell it. It would indicate that her nose is stopped up.
It was me that answered your first question, A red or brownish crust in the inner corners of the eyes is not what I'd call a discharge, it's quite normal, what you should look out for is anything yellowish or running down her face or if her eyes look red or sore. You'd soon see that there was something wrong.
Wipe your kitty's eyes gently with damp cotton, that will get rid of the crust, and then see what happens, but she sounds fine to me.
