I always use this software.. i have it original and registered!

today, i dunno what happened ! when i open a file with it

it only opens 10 sec from the whole track !!!

i have no idea why !!! i checked all the options in it !! and

there is nothing wrong !!!

i just want to fix this problem because i use this software a lot

and i hate what is happening !!!

plz if anyone uses this software and knows what i'm talking about .. tell me what should i do to fix it .

i just want to open a whole song not just the first 10 sec from it.

plz help.
