Sony vegas glitch on render?

Hi, I'm an amateur cat animator, (Only 13, don't judge me) and I was trying to make an animation reel with a whole bunch of video clips of my past videos in Sony Vegas today. I always use Sony Vegas to make everything, and it has never done this before.

When I would start to render my video, everything would seem fine, and you could see the preview slowly playing to the background. But then, something very strange would happen.

You would be able to see in the preview, that it either spazzes out as if the clip on-screen was shaking up and down violently, or flipping upside-down and back repeatedly very fast. Not only does it happen in the preview as you're rendering, but you can see it live in the rendered video too, and it is not pretty.

Here's a picture of what happens when I watched it: (This clip this is of did not last nearly as long as it did after it rendered)

Due to automatic motion blur, you can see it violently shaking up and down in that picture.

(also this animation reel is supposed to show my improvement and this is very close to the beginning, so it's very old and terrible. Please don't bash)

After it rendered, I tried playing it over again, and the preview was basically a strobe light, flashing black, and then to something that looked a bit like static, and then black again, really fast, throughout the entire video no matter what clip was playing. It only worked again when I re-opened the .veg, and I tried rendering again, to no avail, with the same result in the preview afterwards too.

I tried saving the .veg, then importing it into another .veg then rendering, and it worked a bit better (you could actually see more than 3 clips) but it still spazzed out long before the video was close to over.

Note!: I've put more effects into this video than any other of my projects. Playing the video in the preview live makes it lag like hell, and it's hard to even see any of the effects or pans clearly. That means I can't record it straight off the preview. I'm sure I timed the effects right, so they should look fine if I manage to render it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
