Can you eat crackers or noodles or arroz caldo in phase one???
Not on Phase I - sorry.
You cannot eat any rice, wheat, or anything that has ANY flour in it - for Phase 1.
Phase II is where you start introducing good carbs back in your diet -- whole wheat or grain crackers, pastas, or breads -- and brown rice.
Phase I is hard - I'll admit, but it is worth it. Good luck
I know that you can eat whole wheat noodles but the others I am not sure about. You might check this site out:
