I don't understand how to change these words into the yo, tu, nosotros, etc. forms. For example, "acostarse" I don't understand how to plug in the "ue". Just go 0 = ue? What about despertarse to ie?
Edit: When the textbooks or whatever your source may be, the "ue", "ie" ,ect tends to refer to the first VOWEL of the infinitive verb.
"Jugar" (to play) is also a stem changing verb however not a reflexive.
Conjugating it would be displayed as "ue"
Yo juego
Tú juegas
Él juega
Nosotros jugamos
Ellos juegan
IMPORTANT NOTE: With stem changing verbs, the form of NOSOTROS stays in with the regular present tense conjugation rules. With -IR verbs, it would be conjugated as -imos. With -ER verbs, it would be -emos and with -AR verbs it would be -amos. This conjugation rule also applies with the stem changing verbs.
