It is for a Honda Spree 1986, with kick start.
It run 45 km/h max.... acceleration....hahahahahaha....
How may i make it (legally) go faster without touching the engine volume (49.9cc).
A new air filter? A new exhaust pipe ?
How much it may cost and can i fix it myself ?
Hoe much can i sell it ? may i get 700$ ? Maybe I am better to sell it and get more recent ?
What current, cheap, newer-faster scooter should I buy
(49.9cc-) ? And how much for it ?
I would like to run at least 50-70 km/ h...do i ask to much...

Sprees are great and will outlive most people, but theres really not much you can do to upgrade it.
The fastest new scooter can can buy is the Kymco Super 9. (I believe your in Canada?)

It will easily do 50-70 km/ h out of the box. Plus has performance mods available. In Canda it will cost you around $3,199 new. But that includes a 2 year warranty and great parts support.
i owned a couple spree's and there awesome. I looked on a couple forums and there is a site that has a lot of engine mods, depending on your budget. on my 1985 spree I drilled a hole in the exhaust between the silencer part and the downpipe where it welded together, drill it on the weld. it would be a lot louder and sound sweet. I went 50mph+ on a small downhill slope. I passed all my other moped that my friends where driving. you can do I clamp on air-filter and get a bigger carb and run a lower test gas cause on mine I saw that the higher the test the worst performance I got out of it. try cushing the gasket to get more compression out of it. google search will help you out some more good lucky.
