You could call a plumber or an electrician that has a "Greenlee" hole punch. It is a tool used to make various size holes in sinks or electrical panels. A set of punches is too expensive for the average homeowner to purchase, simply because you wouldn't recoup your money. I have seven holes in my sink, for various devices we use in the kitchen. Buy a metal cutting hole saw. Use some Plumbers putty to make a dam around where you are drilling and pour some water into it to cool the bit.

Unless this faucet is something you really want, your life will be much simpler if you exchange it for a one-hole faucet.

what you need is to buy suitable drillbit use for cut a stainless steel .Maybe it is expensive compare to a normal drillbit but it cannot reach 20dollar,so please go to hardware and ask for it
