More like all week,

I thought they were just like Premenstrual cramps, and was expecting my period any day now, but I haven't gotten it yet, My stomach is all bloated and like hard?

I was keeled over in pain yesterday and it hurts to move especially sneezing.

The pain is all on the right side and shoots down my thigh and butt too.

I also have a runny nose like crazy, and swollen glands.

Mono is going around school, Please tell me I don't have mono!?

Any idea of what's wrong or what I should take?

I've just been taking excedrin...
