go back to the doctor sweetie,
a untreated water infection can lead to a kidney infection ~ very painful and can lead to you needing to go into hospital
you will probably need another course of antibiotics, and they may want to take another sample, it is very important that you take the antibiotics how the doctor says and FINISH the whole course, even if you feel better, as if you dont the infection can come back worse.
the doctor may give you painkillers if you tell him how bad it is to.
