Yesterday I started having this stomach pain. It got worse today.
It's on my left side. If you put your finger tips on your belly button and go directly left it hurts right before the hip starts on the inside.
It doesn't feel like a cramp or a normal stomach pain.
It feels like a stab or a cringe. I have to grab it tightly sometimes to make the pain go away. And when the pain is there. I can't get myself to eat. I feel full and if I'm going to eat Ill throw up.
Any ideas?

You most likely have some pretty bad indigestion or gastritis. It's triggered by many things, but predominantly acidic, spicy, and/or fatty foods, caffeine, aspirin and other NSAIDs, and stress. Take some Tums and a Zantac (or whichever indigestion medications you have available, but not Pepto Bismal), drink plenty of water, and rest. If you're not feeling better by tomorrow or if it's worse, go to the clinic and get some medical attention because you could have developed an ulcer.
If this is chronic, you might have IBS. Schedule an appointment with your GP or a gastroenterologist.
If you've got your directions mixed up and the pain is actually on the RIGHT side of your abdomen, GET TO A HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE YOU HAVE APPENDICITIS!!!
The answer is GO TO THE healthcare professional!!! I "self-identified" myself a couple of years ago with belly ulcers... Found out this final November that it used to be gallstones! I had 2 gallbladder "attacks" (severe sharp pains within the upper belly that make it hard to breathe). Ended up having an infected gallbladder (1 of the stones used to be stuck within the bile duct). Had to have emergency surgical procedure. Do not wait... Go to a doc OR the ER and DEMAND they do an ultrasound. My doc even insisted it was acid reflux disease... Unless it happened the 2nd time and it used to be so dangerous that I had to name an ambulance!
