My stomachs has been in slight pain for the past few hours and I've felt really nauseous while driving two hours. I couldn't find the cause if it was something I ate or if it was my really minor asthma. I think; however that its because my sleeping habits are messed up.. Like normally, for the past few weeks if sleep at maybe 11 or 12 then wake up 10 or 11, generally getting 10-12 hours sleep, (I know its a lot but I'm 16.) Last night I slept at maybe 11 and woke around 6. I was really tired but wanted to change my schedule so I could wake up easier and get back to 8 hours. The nauseousness didn't hit me till a few hours later. Another cause might have been the altitude sense I was in the mountains and air was too thin for my lungs because of the asthma that seems to only kick in when I'm sick. I don't know what's the main cause, can you please help me figure this out to avoid the same problems again? Thank You for all answers and your time.

Yah the air in the mountains . If you feel light headed or dizzy , no matter how tired you are DO NOT GO TO SLEEP !!! It should ware off in a couple of hours. Try and relax and maybe go to the ER if you need too .
