i'm not sure if its razor burn or not.

but on my thighs i have little red bumps, some look like they could be whiteheads on my leg? i don't know.

when i was younger i was diagnosed with eczema on my bottom legs, could it be eczema again? or is it just razor burn?

if its razor burn, i use a venus embrace razor.

is there a type of razor or soap i could use to prevent the bumps?

yea, they do itch. so maybe they are ingrown hairs.
