I am a 20 year old male and i have been experiencing a strange pain at the lower right side of my body. At first it felt like it was my testicles, but then i just couldn't tell... then i realized it was higher up, like where my intestines are or lower abdomen. I really didn't think anything of it. But a few days ago i got really sick with diarrhea and vomiting and severe stomach/intestine pain and the doctor said i just had a stomach like virus. I am better now, But ever since then, the pain i had been experiencing before i got sick has now worsened and it hurts more. I mean it doesn't hurt really bad, i can move around and run and stuff but its very uncomfortable and noticeable. I don't think its appendicitis or crohns disease. I've done so much research and i'm coming up empty. my guess is possibly IBS? What do you think?
Update:i been feeling it for maybe 2 months now? but right after i got sick it got a little worse. scaring me.

I'm a testicular cancer survivor and would suggest you do the self-exam for testicular cancer. Symptoms vary greatly from man to man, but abdominal pain and testicle discomfort are common symptoms.
