In that case, they sound as if they shouldn't be there. It is probably nothing at all, but they are worrying you, - so why don't you take them to a doctor to put your mind at rest? It is clearly not some sexual disease, so what if you have picked up some sort of fungus or jock itch what with all the funny weather we have been having? Or some sort of strange unusual scrot rot. A doctor wouldn't charge you that much just to take a look, and that is what they are for. Not just for making golf club bars look busy.

You should go to your doctor and have them look at the spots on your scrotum. If you're worried about it, it is a good idea to talk with them about it.

Could be pimples. I wouldn't get worked up about it.
