strangest sensation in my chest?
i have a strange rumbling sensation coming from what feels like my heart. ive had it for a long time but i dont feel it often. im laying here right now and i can feel it again. im 220 lbs 5 6" age 16 never smoked. i live in hawaii if that matters but i doubt it is a environment issue. is it serious? should i panic and run to the ER or should a calmly set up an appointment lol.

Sounds like heart burn or chest pain usually comes after eating something spicy or something with to much sodium, ect. It can happen if you eat junk foods and certain other foods. But I think you should calmly make an appointment haha just to make sure nothing else is going on.
You said you have had it for a long time. Long as in years, or days or minutes?
If it is doing it right now, it is best to be seen while it is doing it. You have questions, you should go to the ER just to be safe. They may have you follow up with your Dr.
Chest infection or heart problem because of weight, go to your GP.
